and every employee and their rotation on pre-defined time interval. It also keeps

Attendance Processing :

The system has built in component of automated attendance processing. It supports
the Interface to various Access Control System to capture attendance data from Swipe
Card, Finger Scan & Proximity Card & Bar-Code Readers. Also allows user
to enter consolidated attendance manually for the month to enter the Attendance
for the month.

The system allows user to define the Tax, Perks and Salary heads as per the company
policy. User can customize the Heads and Calculations as per their requirements.

The Optional Advanced HR module allows you to keep records of Appraisals, Increments,
Demotions. Optionally, it takes care of full recruitment process based on the Merits
from the Data Bank and Emotional Qualities of the Employee and his/her behaviour
in a given situation.

The software generates all the necessary statements and reports required for the
statutory purposes and comes pre-configured with tax savings modules for relevant
investments with all possible heads.
